The Fostering Network in Scotland is excited to be recruiting a lead to work with us to align our policies with The Promise and help make their vision a reality.
This exciting one year post - which would also make an excellent secondment opportunity - will be involved in working with children and young people to explore the language we use when we talk about foster care as well as ensuring the rights of children and young people are embedded in our practice.
You will have excellent knowledge of The Promise and Care Review in Scotland and how it will impact on care experienced children and young people. You will have knowledge of legislation relating to fostering and be experienced in influencing policy and change.
