Corporate Partnerships Manager

 

Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 per annum plus London Weighting (if applicable)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent

Location: Flexible.  We have offices in London, Cardiff, Belfast and Glasgow and are a fully hybrid organisation.

Reports to: Head of Fundraising and Development (Engagement and Influence Directorate)

About the role

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate partnerships candidate to help us unlock the significant potential of our Fostering Friendly employers scheme, secure and grow new partnerships to help us achieve our mission for children and young people. Key objectives include:

 

  • Deliver against our corporate partnerships strategy, building on recommendations from a recent external review by the Remarkable Partnerships consultancy
  • Secure new corporate relationships over three years to agreed targets including long-term, strategic and transformational partnership
  • Work with the Head of Fundraising and other teams to improve on and deliver on our package of benefits to Fostering Friendly employers
  • Refine, and communicate the value of our offer to companies
  • Convert Fostering Friendly subscribers to a new paid for model, to agreed targets
